Soreness soon settled into every fiber of his muscles, but Robert welcomed the wave of pain, still buzzing after a long, productive day.
Robert’s mind swirled; not only did the present-tense press his anxieties, but he hadn’t charged and packed the equipment he’d need for tomorrow’s show.
First and foremost, a shower and dinner topped the list; however, immediately after satiating this urge, Robert—eager to make good on his deal to promote Flavio’s students—sat at his desk and punched an article about Trevin Anderson, a purple belt under Flavio who was scheduled to compete tomorrow, into existence.
