MMA has rules to follow,
People still play fast and footloose;
“Accidents”: easy to produce.
Warnings given, threats so hollow,
Another foul, time to wallow.
Proven guilty, he could be fined,
But pain and torment can’t rewind.
Meant to or fact of the matter,
This sport isn’t pitter-patter;
There’s a chance of death or going blind.

A well composed poem with a painfully true message. Great work.
