A funny thing happened on the way to the kitchen: Mike realized Terry, a felon whom society turned its back on, had become more than a training partner, his friendship was invaluable.

Terry wasn’t the normal BFF, he was a fighter’s BFF—Bucket Filling Friend. It’s important for someone to have your best interests at heart when stepping into the cage, but it’s equally important to not forget the water, towel, ice, and mouthguard. Ever since Mike and Terry sparred at the gym, the two were making names for themselves in California’s fight scene.
