A Black Belt In Patience

Everyone wants the rocket ship,

As a means of reaching the top,

Never ever wanting to stop,

But life comes at a rapid clip.

Without fail, you’re punched in the lip;

It’s always best to take things slow,

Learn the craft and harness it so

The thought of quitting stays away,

Return to try another day.

Mastery needs the time to grow.
