Flash Fiction: Man Down

“Dames ain’t fighting men.”

She loved making promoters eat their words. 

“It’s a Toughman Contest, not a Toughlady.”

“If I lose to any man near my size, I’ll pay his winnings.”

She left with a purse stuffed with cash, beaming with pride.
