Three Line Tale: Hit With A New Reality

The bridge would normally be teeming with life at this time—joggers, bikers, families, lovers admiring the sunset—but everything changed after the pandemic forced everyone into their homes. 

Slowly, communities attempted their return to normal; restaurants, movie theaters, and gyms were said to be reopening, although Mary and Tim hadn’t heard anything about their boxing clubs, causing a pessimism to fester in their thoughts.

All along the Main Street block, businesses had signs posted on their doors about being “out of business,” and when they reached the gym, a similar note hit them in the face like an uppercut.
