Flash Fiction: Stop Playing In There

Coach screamed, “Stop playin’ in there!”

Up two rounds to none and midway through the final frame, Kyle’s movement resembled someone gallivanting about on the dance floor rather than locked in a savage fistfight.

The opponent landed an overhand right, and the music stopped for Kyle.
