Flash Fiction: A Change In Weather

Brian Delaney, the challenger and outsider, walked into enemy territory. The crowd was in support of Tom Tucker, their hometown champion, and they let it be known as Delaney entered the cage.

Unfazed, Delaney executed a flawless performance, finishing Tucker in the first-round. In fact, the heaviest strike landed on him was when the twelve-pounds of gold was wrapped around his waist.

Following such an unbelievable showcase of skills, the hate from the stands become a downpour of appreciation. 

The weather changes so quickly in MMA.
