Flash Fiction: The Biggest Fight in History

It was Father’s Day weekend, and The Big Show had scheduled the most epic fight in their promotion’s history.

Mike’s dad wasn’t a fan of MMA. However, he agreed to go after receiving his son’s call and invitation.

After maneuvering through a sea of people, the two found their seats. The build-up toward the main event seemed to strengthen their usual distance: the bright lights, tens of thousands of fans circling the arena, and all the while they smiled and chatted away.

Each Father’s Day from then on was special, yet that night was etched eternally in their memory.
